An order is confirmed only when payment has cleared and we have issued a written confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable duties at destination.

A 50% deposit secures the commission. The balance is due before dispatch. Bespoke pieces are final sale.

Every piece carries our lifetime workmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects. Wear, accidental damage, and loss are excluded — we recommend specialist insurance, which our concierge can introduce.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
