A bespoke commission begins with a conversation, never a brief. We meet — in the salon, or over video — to understand the wearer before the object. Sketches follow. Stones are pulled from the vault or sourced specifically. Twelve weeks later, the finished piece is photographed and shipped insured.

Conversation
What is the occasion. Who is the wearer. What do they already love and never take off.

Sketch & stone
Two to three hand-drawn directions. Stone proposals from the vault, or a targeted hunt.

Wax & cast
A 3D wax for fit. Cast in 18kt gold or platinum from the bench in our Dubai atelier.

Setting & finish
Hand-set claw by claw. Polished, rhodium-finished where required, photographed at each stage.

Delivery
Hand-carried in the GCC, bonded courier worldwide. Lifetime service included.
